A jam session is “an often impromptu performance by a group of musicians that is characterized by improvisation.”  Jam sessions may begin with the structure of existing songs, but musicians may reinterpret them with new arrangements which creates the possibility for old songs to become new and new songs to be born.

RE:BIRTH Sessions are study sessions where we encourage one another to grow through group discussion.  Like a musical jam session, we encourage all gathered to participate and share as we listen anew for God’s voice in ancient biblical texts, popular culture, current events and our everyday experiences.

Each Session is led by a session leader (facilitator) as we discuss and explore pre-determined topics.
